Senli Gardens is a national AAA level scenic spot with an area of more than 100 mu. The main area is composed of three Jiangnan style blocks, namely the Old Street, the East Garden and the West Garden. The scenic spot includes tourism, leisure, education, entertainment and catering.

The whole area is divided by the Old Street into the East Garden and the  West Garden. The East Garden is full of countryside flavour, the paths and  covered walking corridor twist turns around the pool. On the west side is the ancient style Fame Hall of Students. South of the hall is a museum of folk customs. Around the museum, by the willow trees is a sumptuous gaily painted boat named "Five Blessings.

Tourists are attracted to garden buildings and folk customs. There is a courtyard, with a village theatre inside. North of the stage is " Legend Hall of Gezibang". On the walls of the hall there are paintings of the legendary story of"pigeons bringing message of triumph". The story tells of the famouse military general Liu Qi of Southern Song Dynasty, who stationed his anmy in  Gezibang. In the courtyard, there are also 24 stone statues that each tell a story of"filial duties"in Chinese history.
