On the afternoon of September 26, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau held a regular meeting of middle-level cadres to sort out the progress of the completion of provincial and municipal assessment indicators, find gaps in benchmarks and tables, improve quality and efficiency, and ensure the successful completion of various goals and tasks throughout the year. The meeting was presided over by Chen Xinyue, member of the bureau party committee and deputy director, and attended by all leading groups and middle-level cadres.

At the meeting, the heads of various departments (units) under the bureau focused on reporting on the assessment indicators of provinces and cities and exchanged the progress of recent key work, focusing on analyzing the deduction points, weak links and difficulties, and put forward specific measures and grasps to promote various work in the next stage, strive for the fourth quarter, sprint the annual assessment goals, and hand over a satisfactory answer sheet with actual performance.

Finally, Director Shen Jianliang put forward three requirements for promoting the next stage of work:

1. Make a comprehensive sprint and strive to complete the year-end assessment indicators. In the face of the grim assessment situation, it is necessary to pinpoint the key to the problem, target policies, play a good "combined fist" of "consolidating excellence, competing for the first, carrying, adding points, and guaranteeing the bottom", and strive to fully complete the annual index tasks.

2. Do a good job in team building and strengthen the training of young cadres. Taking the in-depth thematic education as an opportunity, we will continue to do a good job in the construction of the cadre team, strengthen the implementation and supervision of the system, and vigorously cultivate young cadres of human resources and social security.

3. Build a strong security defense line and effectively maintain the overall situation of harmony and stability. It is necessary to improve the political position, enhance the sense of responsibility, and focus on risk control. At the same time, we must always tighten the string of honesty and self-discipline, abide by the rules, know and respect, live honest festivals, and ensure self-denial, clean and upright during the festival.
