Be in charge of the Municipal Government Office (Foreign Affairs Office), Bureau of Development and Reform (Service Industry Development Bureau), Justice Bureau (Administrative Reconsideration Bureau), Emergency Management Bureau, Statistics Bureau, Investigation Team of National Bureau of Statistics, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office, State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Reform and Development Service Center, Organization Affairs Management Center, Government Service and Data Resources Management Office (Office of "without the Need for a Second Trip" Reform), Development Zone, Golden Phoenix Group, and Tongxiang State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Company.
